Membership in The Oakeshott Institute

This year we’ve got a series of shows featuring items from Oakeshott Collection and speakers from Europe and America. Come and learn about these elegant and beautiful artifacts.  Too often, artifacts are locked away in cases, only to be looked at from a distance. What sets the Oakeshott apart is that we’re all about A Sword In Hand. Come and hold these incredible pieces. Get a deeper understanding of how these tools were created and used.

Outreach to the community with interactive history and demonstrations

Throughout the year we also partner up with like-minded organizations to host various workshops that explore the techniques used in manufacturing arms and armor. These are extremely popular.

A  1-year membership to the Oakeshott Institute is $100.  Membership provides you with an admission to all 4 of our events.
